Celler de Capçanes La Nit De Les Garnatxes Slate

A wine made from 100% Grenache; in which the aromas of red fruits specific to the variety blend harmoniously with the structure and the notes of minerality imprinted by the slate soil (licorella) of the area. After the alcoholic fermentation in 500l French oak barrels; was aged for 4 months in 228l barrels also made of French oak. It is part of the terroir range of Celler de Capcanes and offers an even more interesting tasting experience when tasted compared to the other three expressions of the variety; from limestone soils; sand and clay. Color: intense cherry red Bouquet: aromas of ripe fruit, elegant and with a bouquet with a fine finish Taste: High mineral taste and balsamic flavor Culinary combinations: Recommended for stronger dishes, such as “Code in vegetable pan, cooked at a low temperature”, as proposed by the Michelin star restaurant“ Can Bosch ” Serving temperature 15º- 17ºC
