LacertA Blanc de Noir

Blanc de Noir, like all Lacerta wines, is produced with modern technology that respects the gravitational principle. This principle is applied in the early stages of vinification; to protect grapes that are usually exposed to oxidation and other chemical processes during mechanical processing. For this wine, the Pinot Noir variety; coming from the best black grape vineyard in Dealu Mare, it is vinified in White Color: Yellow-straw Bouquet : Predominant aroma of peach, enveloped in light tones, sweet ripe melon. Taste: Slightly robust body, close to that of a red wine; with balanced acidity and well-integrated alcohol. The Whitevinification of the Pinot Noir variety kept the elegant aromas of red fruits; highlighted by blackberries, mirabelle plums, followed by sweet and bitter notes of lime and grapefruit. Culinary combinations: Recommended with traditional dishes with a mix of beef and pork; such as sarmales, lean fish, seafood and last but not least, salads. Serving temperature 8 – 10 ° C
