LacertA Chardonnay

Lacerta vineyards are located south of the Carpathian Mountains, along Parallel 45; passing through Piedmont and Bordeaux. Beneficial positioning is only the first resemblance to the famous wine regions. In Muntenia, spring is dry, autumn is sunny and the soil is fertile and clean, only good for the vineyards that stretch as far as the eye can see. In the same place, green lizards are often seen among the vines, the ones from which the Latin name for this wine was borrowed in 2011: Lacerta. Color: Straw yellow with green reflections. Bouquet: Chardonnay is the most popular variety for Whitewines. The variety grown in Dealu Mare shows a character very close to the famous French wines: it is strongly fruity with the aromas of citrus, banana and other tropical fruits. Taste: A fresh, unctuous and surprising wine of sweet, compared to other dry wines. Culinary combinations: Refresh the taste buds with Whitemeat (chicken, turkey; lamb) and grilled fish, seafood menus, or cheeses. Serving temperature 8 – 10 ° C
