LacertA Cuvee X

The Lacerta vineyards are located south of the Carpathian Mountains, along Parallel 45, which passes through Piedmont and Bordeaux. Beneficial positioning is only the first resemblance to the famous wine regions. Cuvee X 2017 is a Whitewine obtained from a unique blend of four varieties with origins in the Old World. From France Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay; from Germany Riesling in the Rhine Valley, both with aromas of Whitefruit and citrus. The blend is perfect for the Romanian variety Feteasca White, with vegetable aromas of grass or wildflowers. Color: Light yellow with green reflections. Bouquet: A fantastic and elegant blend of Whitevarieties with wonderful citrus aromas and the perfect blend of fruit (apple, grapefruit, banana). On the same background there are also vegetal notes of freshly mowed hay. Taste: The taste is fresh, slightly tannic, elegantly structured with aromas of peach, honey and trees, with a aftertaste lung. Culinary combinations: Suitable with Whitemeat (chicken, turkey, lamb) and grilled fish, seafood menus, or cheeses. Serving temperature 8 – 10 ° C
