LacertA Merlot

Lacerta vineyards are located south of the Carpathian Mountains, along Parallel 45; passing through Piedmont and Bordeaux. Beneficial positioning is only the first resemblance to the famous wine regions. In Muntenia, spring is dry, autumn is sunny and the soil is fertile and clean, only good for rich vineyards that stretch over hundreds of hectares. In the same place, green lizards are often seen among the vines, the ones from which the Latin name of this wine was borrowed in 2011: Lacerta. Color: Ruby-red, intense. Bouquet: A 100% Merlot monosodium, with a bouquet of black berries, representsd by raspberries, with a note of maceration. Taste: Aging in barrels for 12 months allowed the wine to borrow sweet shades of vanilla; smoked plums and coffee. The body of the wine is elegant and simple, of a medium consistency with suitable astringency, . Culinary combinations: Choose this wine for meals with red meat (beef / game), turkey. After the main course, enjoy this wine with smoked cheeses. Serving temperature 17 – 19 ° C.
