LacertA Shiraz

Lacerta vineyards are located south of the Carpathian Mountains, along Parallel 45; passing through Piedmont and Bordeaux. Beneficial positioning is only the first resemblance to the famous wine regions. In Muntenia, spring is dry, autumn is sunny and the soil is fertile and clean, only good for rich vineyards that stretch over hundreds of hectares. In the same place, green lizards are often seen among the vines, from which the Latin name of this wine was borrowed in 2011: Lacerta. Color: Intense red with ruby ​​reflections . Bouquet: Lacerta gives us a complex Shiraz, which slightly warms the nose with its aromas of blueberries and spicy blackberries. Taste: On papillae, spices give way to vanilla flavor, coffee notes and red fruits. Middle notes bring a velvety texture and medium astringency, Culinary combinations: Enjoy this red wine in the company of beef or game dishes; baked or grilled. According to the main course, you can also try it with fermented cheeses.
