Purcari 1827 Merlot winery is obtained from grapes harvested and selected by hand, vinified by the traditional method. Matured for 12 months in French oak barrels. Merlot de Purcari is a dry wine like velvet – delicate to the touch, but with a complex structure that impresses. Color: ruby-red Bouquet: fine aromas of smallness and sapphire Taste: velvety, with a pleasant astringency and shades of oak, blackberries and rose is accentuated by a lasting aftertaste Culinary combinations: smoked ducksbreast, turkey or veal schnitzel, pork steak or prosciutto Serving temperature 18-20 ℃
