Intense straw yellow. Initially mineral notes, quickly developsng aromas of apricot and orange peel, with a long finish on which are found dried fruits. Complex, with mineral and spice notes well balanced by the aromas of acacia and honey. Shades of herbs and balsamic. Typical vinification of Whitewines with fermentation in barriques. Maturation in acacia barriques for 6 months, followed by 24 months of aging in glass.
