Budureasca Noble Five

Budureasca Noble Five is obtained from grapes selected from the best batches. The vinification took place separately for each variety. The must has been soaked for over 20 days. Then the wines were matured in French oak barrels for 9-12 months, depending on the evolution of each to the perfect balance between structure and flavors. After this period; only the best barrels were selected to create this assembly. It took three months to make the mixture; while the winemaker sought the harmony of the five varieties. Color: dark ruby ​​ Bouquet: Intense aromas of black currants, cherries and plum jam. Taste: Oak wood integrated in the structure The wine’s subtle vanilla aromas, a long aftertaste and great aging potential. The sensation offered on the taste buds immediately tells you that it is a slippery wine: fullness, vivacity, full-bodied but with soft, velvety tannins. Culinary associations: Perfect with beef, pork and lamb. Try it with a pork chop on the bone with baked potatoes and herbs from Provence. Serving temperature 18-20 ° C.
