Ruby red, with purple reflections. Baked and persistent tannins, spice and fruit aromas. Long end. Strong but elegant notes, specific to the grape variety, in perfect harmony with the aromas of spices and vanilla acquired through aging. Fermentation in 150 hl stainless steel tanks. Maceration for 20 days at a maximum of 30 ° C. Maturation in new 225 l barriques for 18 months, followed by aging in glass for at least one year.
