Budureasca Origini Oro Manisa

The name Oro Manisa is of Geto-Dacian inspiration representsng the divine, golden speech spoken by the Getae Gods. A unique feature of this Whiteblend; of Tamaioasa Romanian and Chardonnay, is given by the initial fermentation of each variety with the help of a wild yeast strain to give more intensity to the flavors. The grapes were harvested at their full maturity; then being crushed and put in the press. Only the must obtained freely was used for this wine. Each grape variety was fermented separately; using yeast for 48 hours to give more flavor to the flavors. Chardonnay was fermented in American oak barrels for about 3 months, before being mixed with Tămâioasa Românească. Color: golden yellow Bouquet: Wildflowers and exotic spices. Taste: Wine with a pleasant taste of ripe apricots and honey of bees, with honeycomb accents. The persistence is very good and the texture of the wine is velvety. Culinary combinations: Can be served with grilled chicken breast, salmon fillets in horseradish yogurt sauce, shrimp or semi-hard cheese. Serving temperature 12-14 ° C
