Intense ruby red. Full body and silky texture, with balsamic notes of roses, anise and wild mint. It finally develops subtle tertiary notes of coffee and sweet tobacco. Intense and well-contoured bouquet, with rich aromas of black cherries and notes of chocolate and sweet spices. The grapes were left to dry for 4 months before prolonged maceration in stainless steel. Matured for 24 months in small oak barrels, followed by 12 months in stainless steel and another 24 months in glass.
