Pinot Noir AvincisPinot Noir is a variety recently brought to the hills of Drăgășani. We selected the best plots of land for the vine to take deep roots, and the result is this wonderful wine. 50% of this wine has been aged in barrels (50% new) for 12 months. After bottling, the wine has been aged for 12 months in our cellars. The color of this wine is intense ruby. The wine has an elegant bouquet of strawberries and cherries with a slight spicy note. Its taste is silky with good acidity. It is a generous and balanced wine with well-integrated tannins. Serve lightly cooled to 16 ° C, along with beef steak in mushroom sauce. On the hills of Dobrușa, vines have been cultivated for thousands of years. The personality of AVINCIS wines is given by the terroir of Drăgășani, where the saps, aromas and sublimated tastes of the vine from the soil, the sunlight, the moon and the stars, the beneficent breathing of Olt, as well as the millennial experience of the local vineyards meet.
