Budureasca Premium Cabernet Sauvignon

Cabernet Sauvignon grapes have a slower maturity, being usually the last harvested from our vineyards. This selected wine was produced from a maximum harvest of 8 tons / hectare. During the harvest, the healthiest bunches were selected. The grapes were then left to ferment for 15 to 25 days in recirculating stainless steel tanks. After completion of fermentation, 50% of this wine has been aged for 6 months in new American oak barrels. Color: The wine has a dark ruby ​​color Bouquet: The flavors are composed of black cherries and bell peppers. Taste: It is a full-bodied wine, very well balanced with a special taste of bitter cherries and with specific woody notes. Culinary associations: Excellent with red meat. Try it with premium pork or beef steaks with mushroom sauce and cauliflower puree. Serving temperature 18-20 ° C
