The grapes used to obtain this wine were harvested manually and early, when they had not yet reached full maturity, to give a high acidity and effervescence typical of premium sparkling wines. The first Stilla WhiteBrut 2014 was created from 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir. The pressing was done in 3 stages, of which the first stage meant applying a very delicate pressure of & lt; 1 bar, to obtain the best grape juice. This part was essential to obtain a final base of sparkling wine of the best quality.
