Recas Muse Night – Rose Demisec is part of the special collection from Cramele Racas – Muse Collection. The vinification is made in the style of the French region of Provence, characterized by discreet color and many intense aromas. Another element is the residual sugar: Muse Day is dry and Muse Night is semi-dry. In the case of Muse Night rose, the grapes are harvested at dawn to obtain maximum freshness of the wines. The red grapes used for this wine are left in the skins for a short time to extract only a hint of color, before the light pink juice is collected in stainless steel tanks for fermentation. After fermentation, the wine reaches the bottledirectly, to preserve its freshness and intensity of natural aromas. Color: pale pink, clear. Bouquet: overripe red fruits, such as strawberries, raspberries, cherries, and vanilla coughs. Taste: semi-dry wine, with vibrant acidity, refreshing, with a slender body, well-integrated alcohol and long aftertaste.
