Recas Selene Syrah

Recas Selene Syrah is a wine from the Recas Selene collection. – named after the incarnation of the Moon in Greek mythology. Selene means to enjoy the pleasant coolness and light of the moon. It means passion and intensity. Color: red-purple, with intense purple reflections and good clarity. Bouquet: intense aromas of black fruit (blueberries, black cherries), smoky and leathery aspects, along with shades of black pepper. Taste: well-integrated acidity, well-pronounced body, with ripe, round tannins, a velvety wine with a good balance between aromas, alcohol and tannins. Culinary associations: cheeses with chime; veal carpaccio; barbecue; venison (deer) with mustard sauce; lamb chops; desserts based on red fruits, nuts, almonds, raisins.
