Recas Sole Sauvignon Blanc 6 x 750ml SOLE is the bow we make to the Sun, the essential ingredient of wine. At Recas, the Sun is best captured in White bright and warm wines. When we managed to capture a ray of sunshine and in a rose, we did not hesitate to place it with the wines already established in this range – Chardonnay Barrique, Feteasca Royal Barrique and Sauvignon Blanc. Sun means to enjoy the Sun, to overcome the cold, it means optimism, joy, warmth, attitude and lust for life. Or, as I wrote on the label (the thoughts written there belong to a man who spends most of his life in the vineyard): “Sun is the eternal essence of a well-lived life.” Color: a golden yellow wine with green tones. Bouquet: fruity aromas (peach, red grapefruit), floral (acacia, shock), grassy (hay and honeysuckle) . Taste: round, lively, balanced, acidity and a taste impact of freshness.
