Ruby red, with brick reflections. Round, full-bodied and complex, sweet, fruity, refined and balanced. Fresh and invigorating, with notes of almonds on a very long finish. The grapes are left to dry from the end of September to January at a controlled temperatureand humidity. Fermentation lasts 30 days and is stopped by cooling. Matured for 8 months in Allier oak barrels and then 6 months in glass.
