Crama Bauer Rose

Bauer Winery is known for its wines from small plots; which concentrates all the characteristics of the variety, but also due to the fact that it produces expressions from lesser known or rare grape varieties. A brand that defies the conventional, Bauer winery is the author of many statement wines, as is Bauer Rose. This liqueur is made from the Negru de Drăgășani variety; grapes that are carefully selected and harvested by hand, pressed with the whole bunch, and then go through a fermentation process in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. The liqueur obtained is then stored on fine yeast for at least 6 months; to potentiate its characteristics and subsequently filtered before bottling. The result is a unique wine, made in a limited edition of several thousand bottle; whose tonic aromas delight all the senses with inviting tones of red and citrus fruits.
