Golden yellow. Elegant, well defined, with vivid acidity and fresh and persistent finish. Deep and surprising, with a fine scent of citrus, flowers and honey. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel, without selected yeasts, for 4 weeks. Matured for 6-7 months in “barriques”, where malolactic fermentation also takes place.
