Crama Bauer Sauvignon Blanc

Recognized for unconventional methods of producing expressions with unique characters; the Bauer winery offered a new home to the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety; in Drăgășani. Thus, the grape variety had the opportunity to developsa unique character, shaped by the specific conditions of the terroir; and the climatic conditions imposed an early ripening of the grapes, but also an increased attention throughout the ripening, harvesting and production. Therefore, the grapes are harvested at dawn, when they have excellent aromas and acidity, then partially fermented in the husk and yeast; everything to outline the complexity of the wine to be obtained. The result is an assortment with an excellent aging potential of 2-3 years; but also complex and full-bodied aromas; among which we find notes of exotic fruits and grassy tones.
