Crama Girboiu Tectonic Cabernet Sauvignon

Crama Gîrboiu is a family business founded in 2005 by Constantin Gîrboiu that offers Romanian wines obtained from the vineyard spread over 250 hectares, in the commune of Cotești. The Gîrboiu family chose an area characterized by favorable climatic conditions and rich soil for the best Romanian and foreign varieties. In each wine, the image offered by the aromas becomes clearer; more beautiful, as are the sunny vineyards, stretched on the hills of Cotești. Wines also pay tribute to people for their effort in caring for the calf; as well as grapes of all varieties, which turn into precious wines. Color: Ruby-red, intense. Bouquet: Balanced bouquet of red fruits, especially prunes, cherries and blueberries; complemented by notes of barrel (vanilla, tobacco and morocco) . Taste: The aromas of red fruits are slightly unbalanced by natural tannins; which calm down after a few minutes and bring a slightly astringent taste. Culinary combinations: A good wine for red meat / game and snacks with matured cheeses. Serving temperature 16 – 18 ° C
