Ruby red. Fruity aromas of raspberries and flowers. Persistent finish, where the notes of sweet spices dominate, supported by velvety tannins. Aromas of ripe red berries, cherries, lavender with mineral notes and sweet spices. Traditional fermentation in stainless steel for 25-30 days. The first 10 months matured in stainless steel tanks, followed by 7 months in foudres (30 hl) of French oak. bottle at 15-16 months, put on the market at 18 months.
