Ruby red, with garnet reflections. Complex with classic tertiary notes of leather, tobacco, tar and others. Aromas of black cherries and berries with notes of spices and mint. The grapes are pressed immediately after harvesting. After 3-4 days of maceration, the fermentation of the must is done with the help of wild yeasts. In February, the wine undergoes the Ripasso method – it is transferred to Amarone skins for the second fermentation, and after its completion, it is aged in Slavonic oak barrels for 7 years before bottling.
